Shipping policy

Our Laser Jump Start (LJS) team wants you to receive your order as quickly as possible so we strive for Same-Day shipping, some item lead-times may be delayed and you can view details below. If LJS receives your LJS Software or CerMark order by 12noon MST, we can generally fulfill your order Same-Day.

All orders submitted on weekends will be processed the Next Business Day, for instance on Mondays. Please be aware major US Holidays may delay shipments. Some material orders may need cut so orders can typically ship out the following business day (within 2-days).

FedEx is the carrier used for most shipping applications, if you would prefer Laser Jump Start to use your shipping account, please call for arrangements. A $5 Handling charge would apply per order shipping via the customer's account for reference.

Note to international customers, LJS is prohibited from shipping CerMark products internationally, we advise you to work with your local distributor.  

LJS Software Downloads

When selecting software products as Downloads, orders are processed within 1-Business Day and sent via Mail Big File to your email address provided on your order. Please note that our download process isn't automated, so there may be a time delay for international orders. However, we strive to fulfill software orders Same-Day orders are received during our business hours.

 

1-Touch Laser Photo

We distribute 1-Touch Laser Photo so delivery delays may occur; however, most orders are fulfilled within 1-Business Day. Download orders are issued to the factory for unlock codes to be sent to you via the email provided on your order. If you need immediate access to 1-Touch you can download the 30-Day Trial on our 1-Touch page. If your trial has ended, you can always download the 30-Day Trial to an additional computer while waiting for your unlock codes.

 

Materials

Most material orders can ship within 2-Business Days. Once orders are ready to ship, we'll forward your shipment tracking for reference to the email provided on your order.

 

CerMark LMM-6000 and LMM-14 Products

Most metal marking compound orders can ship Same-Day unless otherwise indicated. Please note that CerMark products need to be shipped via Ground service, if you need a product shipped via Overnight service the LMM-14 paste product can be shipped via Overnight service and could be an alternative while waiting for your bulk order.

Please be aware that expediting the other LMM-6000 or LMM-14 products would be subject to an additional $40.00 "Hazardous Material" packaging fee if shipped via air; therefore LJS refrains from air transport for CerMark products. Once orders are ready to ship, we'll forward your shipment tracking for reference to the email provided on your order.
